Consequential actions involving money, customer commitments, legal exposure or irreversible changes usually need stronger controls than low-risk routing or drafting.
Design explicit gates
Define where the system may act, where it may propose and where a person must approve. The boundary should be visible in both workflow and logs.
Increase autonomy from evidence
Automation can gain authority as reliability, observability and exception handling are proven in production.
